Q.Can I cancel my order?
A.You can cancel your order prior to the rental day but the $30 deposit is non-refundable

Q.Are your jumpers safe and clean?
A.The jumpers are always cleaned prior to a rental appointment. We check them upon set up to ensure your safety.
Q.How do I know that you will show up?
A.We call you the day before the rental is due to confirm the appointment time, feel free to call or text at anytime.
Q.Can I keep the jumper overnight?
A.Yes, you can keep the jumper overnight. An additional feel will apply for an additional rental day.
Q.How can I reserve a jumper?
A.Call 352-234-6780 and we'll process the reservation over the telephone. If you leave a message, we'll return the call at the most convenient time. We also respond via text.
Q.Is there a deposit required?
A.Yes, There is a $30 non refundable deposit required. This will secure your date and confirm your bounce house reservation.
Q.How far in advance do I need to reserve a jumper?
A.You should reserve a jumper at least 3 weeks prior to the delivery date, or up to one week with acknowledgement that a fall back jumper option may be necessary if the primary choice is not available.
Q.Do you deliver to my area?
A.Delivery of rental of units in local area corresponds to 15 Miles from Sorrento, FL.
Cities included within these 15 miles are:Sorrento, certain areas of Leesburg, Apopka, Mt. Dora, Eustis, Umatilla and Paisley. Use Google maps to calculate your venue within this range of 15 miles. There is a $50 travel fee if over 15 miles max of 25 mile.
Q.Does the blower need electrical energy source? How much energy does it use?
A.You need to have access to an electrical outlet serving 120V and an outlet with in 100ft from a power scource. If you don't have an extension available, we will provide a 100ft extension for you.
Q.How long does it take to set up and take it down?
A.It takes about 30-45 minutes to install and 25 minutes to pick up.
Q.Is supervision provided in the cost of the rental?
A. Each bounce house requires one supervisor. We require customers to read, understand, and sign a waiver stipulating all the safety rules and guidelines to be followed. Then you may provide your own adult supervision or we will gladly accommodate you with supervision for an additional fee if required. A safe party is a successful party!
Q.What are my responsibilities as the renter/responsible adult?
A.You must ensure proper supervision of the unit at all times. You or your adult delegate must know and enforce all the safety rules. You are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment.
Q.Is 2BounceHouses LLC, insured?"
A.Yes, is fully insured. All company owned vehicles are insured.
Q.What is the rental period/pick ups and drop offs?
A.Our equipment can be rented for the day 8 hours on Saturday, pick ups start 6-7pm. Six hours on Sunday pick ups begin 5:30-6:30pm. All drop offs will be before 12pm, drop offs will be coordinated.
Q.Will the bounce castle harm my lawn?
A.No.
Q.What type of area is needed to setup a bounce house?
A.Ideally, a flat surface preferably grass. The area must be clear of stones and sharp objects. They can also be setup on cement or in large indoor areas such as halls. The size of the area will depend on which inflatable you rent. Ask for dimensions when you call. There must be access to a 120-volt electrical outlet with in 100ft of bouncehouse location.
Q.How much space is needed to set- up the bounce house?
A.The space required for an inflatable bounce house can vary greatly.
The Deluxe Bounce House units requires approximately 23X21.
The Standard Combo unit requires 28x18.
Basic Bounce house unit requires 17x17
Water Slide 35x23
Per Inflatable regulations you need a 3ft. buffer zone around the entire inflatable.
Q.What if it rains or is windy?
A.2BounceHouse LLC, reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have any reason to believe that the inflatable equipment and/or its users may be in danger. Some examples of severe weather conditions are high winds over 25mph, rain, and lightening. In the event of severe weather during the rental period, customer must unplug electrical equipment, and not use equipment until the severe weather ends.
Q.Can I pick up the inflatable unit myself to cut costs?
A.No, Safety is our primary concern and as such we deliver and set up all units.
Q.Does 2BounceHouse, LLC,. schedule evening rentals?"
A.Yes. Evening rentals are allowed but there will be a surecharge for any rentals picked up after 8pm.
Q.Do you charge tax?
A.Yes. We are required to charge Florida sales tax for all rentals.
